Sample Policy

Samples help confirm fit, construction, fabric and branding before bulk production. The final sample plan and quotation depend on the product brief and material availability.

Current Reference Terms

• Sample cost is generally USD 80-200, depending on design, fabric and trims.
• Sample development is generally 7-20 days after materials and specifications are confirmed.
• One sample revision is included; additional revisions may be charged.
• The sample fee may be credited or refunded when a confirmed bulk order reaches 500 pieces, subject to the quotation.

Shipping, special molds, custom-developed materials and third-party testing are quoted separately when required. Your written quotation and order confirmation take precedence over these reference terms.
